When migrating from drupal 6 there are no revision numbers. Using the latest Feeds (Version: 7.x-2.0-beta1) since it has "Support unique targets in mappers" see documentation here.
I then created an importer with themapping to a CSV with Data Set ID as unique and with the revision number
